Being halfway finished with these tables, an alternative must be sought out and implemented so as not to be absolutely frustrated with characters altogether by the time I'm finished with what is now the laborious task of inputting these characters (let's ignore my misplacement of frustration, though.)

I am seven minutes tardy in making this a November 15th post, and I won't alter the date and time of the post (I see doing that as some sort of 'cheating'; I attach some sort of opprobrium to doing it.)

As it nears Thanksgiving, I grow more and more excited. Attenuating that excitement, however, are concerns about this Thanksgiving not being a white one (i.e. part of my idyllic Thanksgiving Day). This certainly wouldn't serve to allay such concerns:

(Oh, bit.ly has a new look.)

However, this does:

THIS DOES NOT:

Prestidigitation with my heart is prestidigitation with my heart is prestidigitation with my heart. Quit playing games with my heart, please.

Here are more of the tables that have induced a phobia for All Things Data Entry within me (I still do it for my benefit in the foreseeable future):

I come by rather briefly to post these, as I'm rather tired at the moment.

Allow me to state that exceeding your self-determined limit on your Procrastinators Unite...Tomorrow card verily has its consequences. Other than having set myself a few days behind and having leveled up to a Level Four Trichotillomaniac, this was an awesome day: nebulous skies lasting into the night, harmonization of the weather with its season, and a reunification between a laptop of the times of olde and its companion.

Oh yes, and I managed to finish these:

ماه است که در این بلاگ در فارسی نمی نوشه ام. آیا ایرانی ها هستند که این بلاگ را بخوانند؟

While Iran has been cast as a bête noire in the eyes and minds of many around the world, it has much about which it can be proud amidst the lot of haters. In addition to being backed with millennia of history and religions--remnants of which may be seen and perceived throughout the country--a more recent accomplishment is Philosophy professor Karim Mojtahedi's receipt of the Avicenna Prize for Ethics in Science, and the 90th birthday of its first female physics professor and female astronomer, Alenoush Terian (الینوش تریان), was celebrated today. Iran does have its merits; it does have significance beyond being a player in the internecine Judeo-Islamic, (Middle) East-West, and nuclear-non-nuclear dissonances that have both/all parties teetering on the lines of war.

Today was pretty vacuous event-wise, save taking some of my baked goods to my grandmother.

Monday, November 08, 2010

I made more cookies today with the leftover's from Halloween. Surely saturated with sugar, I'm sure that they are amazing.

In other news, the awkward highs in the 60s, which are rather irregular for this city in near-mid-November, continue throughout the week.

Finally having paid off some of the temporal debt that had accrued on my Procrastinators Unite...Tomorrow black card, I am very happy to say that I may now proceed to exhaust this newly gained credit by shirking and procrastinating in other tasks!

No, the creation of these Chinese character tables isn't one of the tasks to be punted to the backburner, but Arabic translation certainly is something that I shall not do again for quite a while.
